Guests typically access Staykio by scanning a QR code in their room. No app download is required.

• Performance and accountability data (e.g. who received, accepted, and completed requests)

2.3 Website Visitors

• Information you submit through our contact or demo request forms (e.g. name, email, phone, hotel name, message)

3. How We Use Your Information

Retention periods may vary depending on the hotel's agreement and operational needs. When information is no longer required, we take steps to delete or anonymise it.

7. Your Role as a Hotel Guest

When you use Staykio during a hotel stay, the hotel is responsible for how your stay-related information is handled in its operations. Tarllo Tech processes that information on the hotel's behalf to deliver the platform. 8. Your Rights
